Is it possible to get any size of the item?
You can get some items in different sizes (XS, 2XL or 3XL). Note that not all of the items have a full range of sizes and colors. Please contact our Customer Support to get more details.
Is it possible to get an item in any other colour?
Not all of the colors are represented at our website, please reach out to our customer service for additional information.
Can I upload my custom design and print it on the item?
Just send an email to us with your attached design (the text, photo, vector art image or illustration) and detailed information about an item you want to get.
How can I change something in my order?
As long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped out, you can change it. You can change a size, color, design or shipping address.
Important! If you would like to cancel the purchase, please email our customer support within an hour after the order has been completed.
Please pay attention to the following points:
If your order has already been processed and you would like to make changes, it is extra charged.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet we can help you to change the shipping address.
How long would it take to receive my order?
To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, add the estimated fulfillment time to the estimated shipping time. The location and delivery method determine the amount of time that is needed to deliver your order.
What is the fulfillment time?
The fulfillment times for most items are within the 3–7 business day time frames. Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:
2-7 business days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.)
2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)
Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To calculate how long will an order take to reach its destination, add the estimated fulfillment time to the estimated shipping time.
Fulfillment for larger orders may take longer than the 3-5 days average, but not more than 7 days.
What is the shipping time?
The shipping address and shipping method determine the amount of time we need to deliver your order.
It takes time to fulfill your order and dispatch it (usually it takes 2-5 days for processing the order and the delivery time depends on the country of destination). If you have any questions about the delivery, you can always contact us directly and get all the necessary information.

How to calculate shipping costs?
Shipping price depends on:
– the carriers and shipping methods
In order to find out the correct shipping price for your location please proceed to checkout and fill in your address details. The shipping costs will be updated live on the check out page.
– the final total weight of product
The price is calculated automatically in your cart when you add the product.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We should warn you that we accept only online payment methods. We accept most payment methods that are used all over the world – Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and others.
Is it possible to get a refund?
We can assure you that our aim is to give you the best services during your purchase. You can always contact our customer support in case there are any problems with the services or an order in particular.
The refund policy of the company is based on the following rules:
- Customers have a legal right to get a refund on the basis of reasonable grounds after the receipt.
Reasonable grounds to get a refund:
– Item received is physically damaged
Please note that if you have received a damaged order by delivery, submit a PHOTO/VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGE with packaging labels of logistic company with the possibility of variable data (over)printing (bar codes, logistic data, serial numbers, etc.) as proof that it had been damaged during the transportation. In this case we guarantee you a resend free of charge.
– In the parcel there is not the item you had purchased (for example, you ordered a T-shirt, but received a cup)
– Item received has a design that differs from that you had purchased
- Refunded money will be transferred back to the same payment account from which the payment was initially received.
- Customer has no grounds to cancel his or her order on the basis of delayed delivery of the product. A company takes responsibility only for the services it provides whereas delivery companies are the third party contractors.
Note: The company does not hold responsibility if the shipping address has been filled up incorrectly.
